Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

What to remember
- Tickets must be shown at the entrance
- When fast track is booked, Elite Lounge staff will welcome you at the departure area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Elite Meeting Point
- If there are no Elite Lounge staff present, ask the airport information desk inside the terminal to contact the Elite Lounge or a TUI Rep
- No luggage carrying service
- Ask lounge cashier for the Wi-Fi password
- Please check with your TUI Rep in destination as fast-track conditions differ for passengers flying with other airlines
- Not available for guests travelling with Condor, Eurowings or Lufthansa

- In high season, check-in can be very busy, especially in the evenings so the fast track may still involve a wait in the queues
